Women’s Ministry

women's ministry

The Women’s Ministry at Swift Creek provides opportunities for YOU to get to know other women who will encourage your growing relationship with the Lord. This ministry is all about bringing glory to God through our lives. The values we teach come straight from His Word, such as those found in Proverbs 31 and 1 Peter 3. We believe that a godly woman is one who is committed to walking the path God has for her. We seek to learn more about the Lord in order to become all He has designed us to be and to put feet to our increasing faith. We strive to provide studies that will strengthen each woman’s walk with the Lord, opportunities for women to use their God-given gifts in ministry, and evangelical opportunities for women to invite the lost.

This is a place where women can come and develop lasting relationships with sisters in Christ. We hope 2016 will be a year for building relationships with other women and uniting under the umbrella Christ Jesus. The Women’s Ministry team is hard at work developing great opportunities for all of us to grow closer to God and closer to each other. We are so thrilled to meet you and take this journey together with you. Look for ongoing opportunities on the bulletin boards located on campus, our church Facebook page, and in the church bulletin.

Ever After

July 10-August 14 (6 sessions) 9:30-Noon in Building C
Bible Study: Happily Ever After is not defined by the message of fairy tales and “chick flicks” that leave us with a sugar coated version of reality. The truth is that marriage and motherhood are difficult, but we can depend upon the fact that Christ meets us on that journey and He alone is the answer to the happily-ever-after we long for.

Connecting with God, Connecting with Others, Connecting Others with God

At Swift Creek we are all about making connections. The most important connection is the one we can have with God through faith in Jesus Christ. Once that connection is established we want to make connections in our homes and with the rest of the church family. A strong church is built by people of strong faith and individual homes where God is worshiped and honored. Read More...
