Women’s Ministry

women's ministry

The Women’s Ministry at Swift Creek seeks to provide opportunities for women to grow toward maturity in Christ through discipleship, fellowship, service, and outreach. We seek to learn more about the Lord in order to become all He has designed us to be.

We strive to provide opportunities for study that will direct and strengthen our walk with the Lord; opportunities for fellowship and encouragement as we journey together; and opportunities to develop and utilize our God-given gifts as we serve and minister together.

This is a place where women can come and develop lasting relationships with sisters in Christ. We are so thrilled to meet you and take this journey together with you. Look for opportunities to connect with us in the church bulletin, on our website, on Facebook (“Women’s Ministry at Swift Creek”), or by email at womensministry@swiftcreekbaptist.org.

All feedback received by March 15 will be entered into a drawing for a special “thank you” gift. Thank you for your input!

Do you find yourself often going through the motions and worn out from attempts to be a “good” Christian? Are you spiritually running on empty? Do you experience heaviness more often than joy in your spiritual walk? Perhaps it is time to answer God’s call to something deeper. Seeking Him is an interactive study designed to lead each of us into a revived relationship with our heavenly Father. Discover true freedom and joy in His presence, serve through an overflow of genuine love, and reflect His glory in a dark world. Revival is not just an emotional experience; it’s a complete transformation.

James by Francis Chan
No Cost for Materials

1st/3rd/5th Thursday Mornings, 9:30am–12pm
January 18–June 7

True faith produces fruit. A faith without action and without life change is ultimately a dead faith. The book of James speaks to the realities of a living faith in Jesus—the kind of roll-up-your-sleeves and get-your-hands-dirty discipleship that is borne out of an authentic relationship with the risen Lord.  This study works through James verse-by-verse, challenging followers of Christ to move beyond a private, intellectual knowledge of God and His Word, to a vibrant faith that impacts every square inch of life.

Connecting with God, Connecting with Others, Connecting Others with God

At Swift Creek we are all about making connections. The most important connection is the one we can have with God through faith in Jesus Christ. Once that connection is established we want to make connections in our homes and with the rest of the church family. A strong church is built by people of strong faith and individual homes where God is worshiped and honored. Read More...
