The Swift Creek Marker Ministry is a spiritual formation plan for your life that will help you answer these questions. The church has committed to partner with you and your family in every season of life. We provide a clear strategy to help you become a fully devoted follower of Christ and to love the Lord with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength.

Our mission is to connect with God, connect with others, and connect others with God. In order to help you in seeking to fulfill this mission, the church has established markers for each season of life.

Our strategy for ministry

Every member is provided a clear process for spiritual development in every area of your life so that each member may be equipped for every good work. Every member is provided a clear presentation of the ways the body of believers can minister to one another, the community, and the world. Every member is provided a clear path to begin taking more leadership responsibility by committing to serve in leadership through one or more of the markers in the ministry.

Our strategy is to promote the home as the primary place of discipleship and to partner with families in any parenting season. Working together at church and at home, we commit to spiritually train and equip the next generation to:

KNOW Christ, worship God, and articulate their faith
DEVELOP a biblical worldview and a passion for Christian community
EXPLORE their unique design for service and embrace the Great Commission

Please pray and consider how you can connect in each Milestone. The church is here to provide you the necessary resources, training, and events to help you connect with your child in every season of life. You will also be encouraged to make a commitment to participate in church sponsored activities and to engage with your child, sharing the spiritual journey of following Christ together

Connecting with God, Connecting with Others, Connecting Others with God

At Swift Creek we are all about making connections. The most important connection is the one we can have with God through faith in Jesus Christ. Once that connection is established we want to make connections in our homes and with the rest of the church family. A strong church is built by people of strong faith and individual homes where God is worshiped and honored. Read More...
